Here are some more pictures of the Garden Green (baby pineapple). And the views from the coast about a mile from Libby and James' place.

The evening shot is actually about 15 or so miles from our place, and the smoke you can see is where lava flows into the ocean. The Big Island of Hawaii is actually growing in size because of the new land forming at this spot.

Also, the mud in which Emma is playing (how about that grammar, Sumner will be proud) is worm compost. We have learned that worms are our friends. They help break down organic material into extremely fertile humus.
